K industries GmbH takes over KWE Ludwigshafen Stahl- und Industriebau GmbH
On 1 August 2017 K industries GmbH completed the takeover of “KWE Ludwigshafen Stahl- und Industriebau GmbH”, based in the Rhineland, Germany, and with 32 employees.
From now on, the business will trade under the name K industries - Steel&Engineering GmbH. Ki - Steel&Engineering will continue to operate in the industrial service sector, with a particular focus on maintenance in industrial plant construction as well as planning and engineering. CEO will be Michael Ehrler, who has many years of experience and an outstanding reputation in this sector.
The three subsidiaries of the Ki Group (K industries, K industries - ALTHAMMER and K industries - Steel&Engineering) mean that it can now provide a more focused service to its valued customers, combining the skills and expertise of all three locations.
